Eco-Faction ships to the destinations made available at checkout. Available delivery methods and the exact charge for your basket are calculated and displayed before you place your order.

For UK orders, the delivery method shown can vary according to the products in your basket because different products may use different fulfilment or delivery profiles. We therefore do not promise blanket free UK delivery unless checkout specifically shows a £0 delivery charge for your order.

International availability and charges vary by destination and product. Any applicable delivery charge is displayed during checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but can be affected by carrier networks, supplier processing, customs, weather and other events outside our reasonable control. If your order is materially delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us with your order details so that we can investigate.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional import taxes, duties or local charges may apply to international orders where they are not collected at checkout.
