These terms apply when you use the Eco-Faction online store or place an order with us. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under applicable consumer law.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Natural and handmade materials can vary in colour, grain, pattern and finish. Sustainability, material, provenance and certification statements identified as supplier information are based on information supplied to us and may remain subject to verification.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, subject to stock availability, payment authorisation and any checks reasonably required to prevent fraud or error. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to your order. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you place the order. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise. Please check your delivery details carefully. If an order is delayed or lost, contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier or supplier.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our Returns & Refunds page explains our change-of-mind process. Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are not affected.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
